People share what they would erase if life had an 'erase button' - turns out we are all alike
Life often comprises choices and decisions we need to make daily. Right from what we choose to eat to the relationships and jobs we maintain, each requires choice-making. Sometimes, we make the wrong choice and that affects much. Every person may have made a rash decision said something impulsively or made a choice against their conscience and regretted it. At such moments, we wish nothing more than to reset the scenario and change what went wrong. The idea is only if we had an "erase button," we'd be able to change our lives for the better. But is that the case?
u/wannawatch1329 asked Reddit users, "If life had an erase button, what would you erase?" With over 800 responses, boy did they have answers! Right from choosing a different career to being present at another place on a certain day, many people wished they could rewind time and simply wipe out some of their past experiences. Many believed that removing a sickness, a person or a feeling would have helped them live life way differently. Others had another opinion saying there's nothing to erase as each accounted for a lesson or experience that has shaped who they are. Either way, all of these responses are screaming, "You're not alone!" to a majority of people.
