Day after her wedding, newlywed wife found a secret video husband left on her phone — it left her in tears
Getting married is a huge milestone for most people. So one woman was really glad to receive something special from her husband a day after her wedding. The man congratulated her on the journey they were going to start together. He managed to get his wife's phone with the help of a friend and recorded a message on it for her. The groom also highlighted several special things about their day through the brief clip. The woman, who goes by @katuhlynn_ on TikTok, shared the heartwarming message with the platform, with the video receiving over 368,100 views so far.
"POV: You wake up the day after your wedding to find this on your phone..." the text overlay of the video read. The woman's husband had recorded himself on their special day and had a beautiful message for her. "The rest of our lives are about to begin in a few minutes," the man said. His sister posed behind him in the video. "That right there is going to be your sister-in-law. Check that out," the groom pointed out as he turned the camera to a pavilion where all of their wedding guests were chatting and laughing. "Look at all these beautiful people. Everybody here to love us, to enjoy us in our time. Here we come to give them what they want and what they need. You are my person," he went on.
The man got interrupted by one of the couple's friends, who had come in to congratulate the bride and be a part of the message. The friend had also stolen the bride's phone to help the groom record the message. "Congratulations, I stole your phone again. I am good at it," the friend remarked. Another friend also gave love to the bride through the video. "We have got the rest of our lives in front of us. Buckle up, buttercup. Let's take a journey," the groom expressed. People appreciated the heartfelt and thoughtful gesture in the comments section of the video.
