The person, who identified as an androgynous transmasculine genderfluid, explained that they had gone to a gay bar with their partners and buddies after learning that what they feared might be breast cancer turned out to be a cyst and a bacterial infection. While they were celebrating, a drunk, creepy man tried to approach one of their girlfriends. She walked away to her group, hoping the interaction would end. Instead, he tried to disturb the rest of the group. That's when the user stepped in to defend the woman, only to be asked whether they were "a girl or a boy." They simply answered, "Neither."
