Kids always learn from their surroundings, especially from their parents. Hence, they need to be taught what love is at home. Instagram user Alexis Cole (@thecolefamily) and her husband had put their kids to sleep when they heard them playing I-Spy at bedtime with "beautiful" as the first clue. What their son guessed left them stunned. In the adorable video posted on Instagram on February 3, 2026, the parents captured the wholesome exchange from the other side of the wall.

Influencer and young mother Alexis Cole and her husband had put their kids to bed when they heard their kids playing the I-Spy game in the other room. Her daughter, Aza, who gave her little brother, Elizah, the first clue as "beautiful," asked him to find something that matched the description. He immediately uttered the word "family" as his sister cheered for him. The parents who were eavesdropping on their conversation from the other room immediately said, "Are they angels?" The mother, who was overwhelmed by emotions, credited themselves for "doing something right" when it comes to parenting.

Sharing the video online, the mother captioned, "They have seen so much beauty these past couple of days, but I can tell you they enjoy us experiencing @disneycruiseline these moments together. My prayer is that they feel this moment even when they get older." Children have a keen eye for their surroundings, noticing things adults might miss. Parents often overlook that every little interaction and small gesture is teaching their children about life, human nature, and the way the world truly works.

When children grow up in a loving and nurturing environment, it shapes how they see life. Aza and Elizah were able to interpret the word "beautiful" and connect it to their family, showing they are growing up in a home full of love and attention. For those unfamiliar, I-Spy is a simple game where a player chooses something nearby, shares a hint about it, and the others try to guess what it is.

Oh my God, that's a beautiful moment you captured. How do you top that? Amazing parents." @andreawilli5 mentioned, "So lovely. Continue to train them up in the way they should go.
