The man became angry after the gate agent told him he would need to rebook through the airline’s app or use Agent on Demand because he had missed his flight to Detroit. In response, he yelled, “Do your job!” at the agent before the employee stepped down the jet bridge. That could have been the end of it, but it surprised the flyer when the man walked back to the gate podium, picked up the agent’s personal metal water bottle, put it in his bag, and walked away with it.
