A person might worry about many small things in life that may not matter in the long run. A 26-year-old was on her deathbed after her battle with Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of cancer that begins in and around the bones. So she wrote a little note of life advice for everyone, per ABC 7 News. The woman, Holly Butcher, shared what she had realized about life, mortality and love through the note. She also pointed out the actual things that make life worth living through her Facebook post.

Holly passed away on 4th Jan, 2018 and wrote a special note for her loved ones before her passing. "It's a strange thing to realise and accept your mortality at 26 years young. It’s just one of those things you ignore. The days tick by and you just expect they will keep on coming, until the unexpected happens," the woman began. She shared that she had envisioned growing old and wrinkly and having lots of kids. "I want that so bad it hurts. That’s the thing about life; It is fragile, precious and unpredictable and each day is a gift, not a given right." She added, "I'm 27 now. I don’t want to go. I love my life. I am happy... I owe that to my loved ones. But the control is out of my hands."

Holly pointed out that she was writing the note not because death should be "feared." But she wanted people to stop worrying about the small, meaningless things in life. "Try to remember that we all have the same fate after it all, so do what you can to make your time feel worthy and great, minus the bulls***." She compiled the note after she had months to think about various aspects of life. "Those times you are whinging about ridiculous things, just think about someone who is really facing a problem. Be grateful for your minor issue and get over it." The woman suggested that people should acknowledge if something is annoying, but they shouldn't negatively affect other people's days by talking on and on about it.

"Once you do that, get out there and take a freaking big breath of that fresh Aussie air deep in your lungs, look at how blue the sky is and how green the trees are; It is so beautiful." Holly reminded people that they are really lucky to be able to "breathe." She went on, "You might have got caught in bad traffic today, or had a bad sleep because your beautiful babies kept you awake, or your hairdresser cut your hair too short." One should let all of that go. "I swear you will not be thinking of those things when it is your turn to go." Holly revealed that all of those things are really insignificant when one looks at life as a whole. "Work and exercise may seem like such trivial things ... until your body doesn’t allow you to do either of them."

Holly wanted people to move their bodies and eat good food, one of her major passions. Also, to focus on mental and emotional health as well. She expressed that people should invest in experiences more than material things. "Say no to things you really don’t want to do." Holly also hoped that people would have the power to change things that are making them "miserable." She continued, "You don’t know how much time you’ve got on this earth, so don’t waste it being miserable." Holly also talked about the importance of blood donation and what it can do for people. "Blood donation helped keep me alive for an extra year, a year I will be forever grateful that I got to spend it here on Earth with my family, friends and dog. A year I had some of the greatest times of my life."
