It’s not easy being a woman in society despite the modern 21st-century lifestyle. Many females are still judged based on their physical features and how they dress. Comedian Sarah Millican (@SarahMillican75) shared a personal experience to show "what it’s like to be a woman in the public eye" She had a spot-on response to a “fan” who thought it was okay to tell her publicly how to dress "appropriately." The woman was judged for her appearance, overlooking her skill and humor. The comedian, being witty as ever, gave a brutal takedown with a confidently epic response.

The fan did acknowledge Millican’s work. They mentioned how her humor was “spot-on.” However, along with the compliment, they also added a rude comment on her outfits and dressing sense. They wrote, “Just a little tip. In your older videos, you have shorter hair. It suits you better. Gives you a neck.” The cheeky comment further suggested that following the former fashion sense would make her “be more pretty.” It went on, “Leggings and short tunics may not be the most appropriate outfit for you. Good luck finding the right outfits for your body.” Millican responded with a top-notch reply that put the user into their place. She wrote, “I don't care what you think I should wear or how you think I should have my hair.”

The comedian concluded her comment with an ironic comeback that read, “Just a little tip. Good luck finding your manners." Sharing a screenshot of the comment, she added, “In case you wondered what it’s like to be a woman in the public eye.” With over 546 comments, several people applauded the comedian for her bold and unapologetic response. Being able to wear what one feels comfortable in and opting for a look they prefer is every person’s free will. There should be no comment on the same, especially in a public and offending manner. Definitely not based on gender bias either. People commented on how her seemingly extra sassy response was just right for such ruthless comments.

Many others even encouraged the woman, letting her know her talent mattered more than anything else on stage. @EarningsThe wrote, ‘Your fans don't care how you look. We care about how funny you are. My go-to YouTube channel is yours when I need a little pick-me-up. You always make me laugh. Thanks so much for being you.” @DanRichoADL added, “Kudos to you for being so restrained in your reply.” @S_Marshall_1 commented, “I don’t feel the need to tell men I meet that they'd be more attractive if they lost 4stones, wore a shirt that fastened across their stomach, or got their eyebrows trimmed (even if I think it).”

@DebDev12 remarked, "Unfortunately, it's still very much a man's world! I don’t for 1 minute think a guy would get these types of messages. I think you're amazing!” @lamela3579 exclaimed, ‘I love you for who you are. Gives me the courage to love myself as I am.” @clf7ey wrote, “Unless this person is a catwalk model and top fashion designer, they are not qualified to pass judgment! We all find our style….a style that we feel confident and happy in.”
