TikTok influencer Henny was at the gym when she received a video from a stranger. The clip showed her running at high speed on the treadmill, zooming in on her intense workout. At first, when she received the video, she was mortified. In the captions below, she mentioned that receiving the video triggered her old memories from high school, probably referring to a bad experience as a kid being bullied. However, when she took a look at it later, she realized the video had a different intention. According to her caption, it was meant to show how inspiring she looks to others.
As outlined by internet users under the post, the person who captured the video was admiring her endurance and strength while performing a challenging workout. Henny, who has since overcome her fears, appreciates herself for building the person that she is today. "If you're going to record me, you might as well get the angle right, because I'm no longer the girl who hides. I'm the woman who runs for her future. Stop assuming the worst. Your discipline is someone else's inspiration," she wrote. She also noted that she was almost going to delete the video, but realized that her discipline could motivate someone out there.
