Motel cleaner stunned into silence after lifting bed sheet. She had found a life-changing gift from strangers
A small act of kindness can be a life-changing event for many, and these two friends did just that for a motel cleaner. They left a special surprise for her under the bed sheet. The woman was stunned when she saw what was beneath the sheet and kept looking at it with complete disbelief. The two men expressed that the hotel cleaner worked really hard and deserved what they gave her. They shared a video of the entire incident on their YouTube channel named GiveBack Films.
The friends, Kyle and Josh, shared that they came across an "awesome" hotel cleaner and were going to go and tip her $500. "She came in with her folks a while back and she was looking for a place to stay," the cleaner's boss shared. Their maid had just left, and they were looking for a new one when the woman came in after seeing the "Now Hiring" sign. She came in and asked, "Who are you hiring for?" The boss revealed that they were looking for a maid and decided to give the woman a chance. "She didn't have any money and she had limited cash." She added, "You know, it kind of worked out for everybody. She's done a great job, excellent job. The laundry room was piled up because we needed help."
The woman did all the laundry and organized everything at the place. The boss added, "I was just like, wow, where did you come from?" Kyle and Josh kept a $500 tip for the cleaner with a note, "This is a tip. Enjoy!" They kept the money under a bedsheet, set their cameras to record her reaction and went out. As soon as she came in to clean the room and removed the bedsheet, she was shocked to see the cash. She collected the tip and stood there with tears in her eyes. When she looked around to figure out what was happening, Kyle and Josh came out. "I cannot accept this. You have to take it back," the woman told them.
Josh revealed, "Your boss is awesome enough to come and let us do it," and she screamed, "You knew! You knew the whole time," while looking at her boss. "You deserve it. You do a great job," the boss went on. Kyle said, "We had an awesome time being able to meet and help out this really cool hotel cleaner." After watching the wholesome incident, people shared their thoughts in the comments.
