They talked for nearly four hours that night, with her firing question after question because she “didn’t have time to waste” and wanted to know everything she could about him. Their conversation went so well that they continued speaking every night, and within days, he made plans to drive five hours to meet her in person. What really caught her off guard, though, was how quickly she began thinking he might be the man she had been waiting for. While she was head over heels about him, she remained cautious about having him around her kids. And he respected that completely and was “very understanding,” which only made her feelings for him stronger.
