Some events might have no other explanation apart from being a "miracle." A woman, Priscilla Timmons, had one such experienced when she was put in a medically induced coma after suffering multiple organ failure. The woman had suffered from blood clots that had blocked her heart valves and were stuck in her lungs. So, the doctors had given her a 10 percent chance of survival. While she was in a coma, a therapy dog was sent into her room. The therapy dog's one gesture led to a miracle that left everyone surprised, according to a Facebook post by the woman.

Timmons was admitted to the Memorial West Hospital at that time and shared her story through a video on the platform. "On March 13, 2025, my life took a turn for the worst," the text overlay of the video read. The woman unexpectedly suffered from blood clots that had covered both valves of her heart, were stuck in her lungs and her left leg. "After multiple surgeries trying to remove the clots, I went into three cardiac arrests. After working on me for over an hour, they got me back." But then her liver, kidneys and the right side of her heart started failing. Timmons went into a coma after that. "A DNR was signed as recommended because of the possibility of brain damage if I went down again."

Doctors had said that Timmons had a 10 percent chance of survival. "So everyone waited and prayed." But then a therapy dog nuzzled into her hand and things started changing for the better. "I started miraculously responding with my hand with the therapy dog, while still in a coma." The woman called it "the grace of god" and "answered prayers." She opened her eyes, her organs started getting better and her strength and mobility started coming back. Timmons commented, "Therapy dogs are such angels!" After 7 days, her tubes were removed and she started getting better quickly. "They transitioned me to a new floor from the ICU and god gave me strength to get up and walk."

Timmons was released from the hospital three weeks later. The caption read, "Thank you, God, for helping me fight. Thank you to my family, friends and loved ones for praying." The woman had been taken to the hospital after a fainting episode, according to her GoFundMe page. The family hoped for any help they could get with the medical bills and had managed to raise $11,635. People congratulated the woman on her recovery in the comments section of the Facebook video. Kim Grantham wrote, "Priscilla, this is so beautiful! Glory be to God, you are so precious and a living testament to the power of the one true Living God! You are so precious and I am blessed beyond words to know you!"

Abbey Gadinsky Snyder commented, "You are a superwoman! Thank you for sharing your incredible story of strength and hope. You are truly an amazing, inspiring, and empowering woman. Nothing can stop you. Your story continues. Live long and prosper." Krystal Preito remarked, "You have such an incredible story. So happy that you made it through and that you’re okay!" Julia Galbreth Newvine shared, "I know Jesus played a huge role and your fighting spirit! So thankful we still have you! Love you!"
