While the little boy was escorted out of the concert due to legitimate reasons, which were age restrictions, Warren didn't want the incident to define the night. And, just when the boy had thought he would have to give up on his dream of experiencing the magic of Warren's music, the artist stepped in with a thoughtful gesture. "His favorite song is 'Ordinary', so we are going to surprise him," Warren says in the viral clip, smiling as he prepares to meet the boy.

The singer also mentioned in the caption, "Was more nervous for this than the actual concert," expressing how the singer was deeply invested in making the moment special. Warren then begins singing the boy's favorite song, and the little boy, while hesitant at first, eventually joins in. Warren made sure to share some warm words with the boy as well, "There we go, you sounded great!" he encouraged. The camera focus occasionally shifts to Kouvr Annon, Warren's wife, to capture her candid reactions, and the singer's partner can't help but melt at the beautiful moment. "My ovaries hurt now," jokes Annon as she tries to hold back her happy tears.

But they say the ones who have been through a lot turn out to be the kindest individuals, and Warren is the ideal example. Despite having a rough childhood, the singer made sure to turn his past struggles into something positive. Warren lost his father due to kidney cancer when he was just nine years old, and the grief led his mother to turn to alcohol as a way to cope, per BBC. "It turned out to be alcohol," he remembers. "And the next day it was alcohol, and the next day it was alcohol, and at 4 am it was alcohol, and when we were driving, it was alcohol." When he confronted her about it, her addiction quickly turned into abuse. "Every person struggling with addiction needs someone to blame it on, besides themselves, and I became that person," he shared. By the time he turned 18, his mother kicked him out. Broke and homeless, he found temporary refuge in his friends’ cars, but never in their homes, as his mother had convinced their parents he was a bad influence. Despite all the pain, Warren pushed forward, shaping the compassionate person he is today.

The viral clip of the little boy and the singer also received a lot of attention and love from countless internet users. Many netizens dropped warm messages in the comment section. @ellenann2.0 wrote, "I must have watched this at least 10 times. I’m so glad I support the right creators." @addylillis5 shared, "Alex, he will remember this forever! I’ve been working with kids, and the biggest action of kindness and even the smallest is what they remember." While @chen_0neils commented, "The cutest thing I’ve seen all day."
