There's nothing more that screams "green flag" than your partner cooking a healthy meal according to your preference. Health-conscious Instagram user Alexandra Sedlak (@alexandrasedlak) was dating a man who seemed like a perfect match for her. One day, when he invited her over for dinner, he cooked, and she was delighted until his remark about the dish left her speechless. On November 22, 2025, the Instagram user shared her reaction to hearing what he had to tell.

Sedlak was going strong with a man whom she had been dating for over a month. One day, he invited her to his place for a homemade dinner, and she immediately thought, "What a green flag." As they sat down, he revealed that he had prepared the meal based on her health preferences. As a health-conscious person, she was excited to try it until he said that the dish was made for "her prostate health." The comment immediately stopped her cold, and she asked him if he meant "his" prostate health. But he confidently repeated that he meant "her." "I am dating a dummy. But he is my little dummy, and no one can take that away from me ever," she quipped.

For the unversed, the prostate is a small gland in the male reproductive system located below the bladder and surrounding the urethra, as per the Cleveland Clinic. Sedlak's partner mistakenly thought that the organ existed in women, not men. According to a study published in PMC, men's knowledge regarding gynecologic matters was estimated to be very low.

The study surveyed 236 respondents, including 98 men and 138 women, on women's reproductive health; women outperformed men on 19 of 20 individual items. "Increasing age and having a parent who discussed anatomy were associated with greater knowledge scores, even while controlling for having a gynecologist parent, multiple sexual partners, and prior STI testing."

Sedlak's video had internet users bursting out in laughter, and many also shared their thoughts on it. @sophia_licata_artist mentioned, "Girl, play it cool and don't say anything. Invite him over and make him a meal focused on his ovulation health. Casually ask what part of his cycle he's in so you can cook them the right meal." @emilymccombs remarked, "Once when my son was maybe 7 or 8 let out a huge burp and followed it up with, 'I felt that one in my uterus!" I didn't stop laughing for 3 days." @katiecaintattoos joked, "That's okay. He cares about you, you just give that Golden Retriever all the head scratches and tell him he's the best boy."
