Fitting in with a blended family can be challenging for many, especially when your former and current spouses don't get along. There are times when the children in a blended family are affected by the differences between their multiple parents. Thankfully, that is not the case for a mom of five from Worcestershire, England. Mom and content creator named Jemma Pinches, shared an adorable family moment on her TikTok page @mrspinchofficial.

In the video, the overlay text summarized what was going on. "When your ex was only supposed to pick up his son but he came in to see your husband and your other children," the text on the video read. Her husband and her ex could be seen in the same room, surrounded by their kids and having a blast in each other's company. The two men also engage in wholesome exchange while looking after the kids. Pinches' ex-husband played with her infant for a while and then scooped the little one up in his arms. "I am so lucky to have two mature men who have spent 9 years getting along," Pinches further wrote in the video.

Pinches expressed her gratitude towards her husband and her ex for maintaining a healthy family environment for the sake of the kids. Pinches was glad that her younger children could see their older brother's dad around them as well. "It is so lovely to be at peace," the overlay texts further read as Pinches' ex picked up another one of her young kids in his arms. "I can only imagine the energy it must take to not be." The video concluded with Pinches' toddler daughter looking out of the window as her ex drove away with their 10-year-old son for a "weekend of fun."

The video received over 7 million views and a bunch of wholesome comments from the TikTok community. @waynetear commented, "My dad twice paid for my mum and stepdad to take my 2 youngest sisters to Disneyland (not my dad's children). Both my dad and stepdad also walked one of my other sisters down the aisle at her wedding." @mallzx mentioned, "This is what co-parenting should look like. Except my ex and his wife can’t get rid of me for hours usually and can’t stop talking."

@realskycee_2 wrote, "Don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t want this. It’s amazing. This is how I grew up and my gosh, it was the best. Everyone getting along and being a good family unit for me." @shannonfitzgera noted, "One thing I said to my new partner is that their dad is welcome to come into my home because his children are here. He’s welcome on birthdays, Christmas and whenever he wants because this is his children’s home." @lisawebster31 added, "This is called a healthy co-parenting family. My ex-partner (my daughter's dad) often comes into my home and drops our daughter home. When he's in my home, he talks to my fiancé."
