The customer initially approached the worker, saying that he had never done makeup before and wanted to learn how to create a full look on someone else. When she asked whether he was preparing for a special occasion or already had clients, he explained that his wife had been in a car accident and could no longer control her hands the way she once could. That meant she couldn't do her own makeup anymore, so he had decided to learn it himself. As he put it, "I always think she's beautiful, but I want her to feel beautiful."
