It's not an everyday occurrence to see a shirtless man run on the street, at least kids find it amusing. When Lizzie Wombolt's (@lizdacookingwiz) boyfriend moved into her neighborhood, she often went for runs with him. But the school kids who watched him run yelled "shirtless man" whenever they passed by, until two girls ran up to him one day to hand over a paper that left the couple surprised and chuckling. Sharing the hilarious video with online users, she revealed that her boyfriend had become a "celebrity" among the kids overnight.

Instagram fitness influencer Lizzie Wombolt's boyfriend had moved into her neighborhood a month ago. After moving in, he began accompanying her on runs around the neighborhood streets. The man who went for a run shirtless caught the attention of school girls who passed by in their bus. Wombolt, who shared the video, wrote, "Every day the school bus passes us and all the kids stick their heads out the window and yell 'shirtless dude' at him." In the video, she revealed that two little girls from the bus chased them down and asked her boyfriend for his autograph on a sketch they had made.

The moment the couple took a look at the paper, it floored them completely. The paper consisted of a sketch of her boyfriend, who was drawn as the "shirtless man." The sketch also included a drawing of her boyfriend, along with the bus, with girls seated behind, shouting, "Hi, Shirtless Man." Wombolt also revealed that her boyfriend had turned into a celebrity in their neighborhood, with the kids wondering about his whereabouts when he did not show up for runs.

Funnily, the sketch also contained a small stick drawing of Wombolt holding a phone; however, she was described as "the girl behind," which they didn't even bother coloring. She wrote, "This makes my day every day. When we didn't run for a few days, the little girls thought he had gone missing. I had to post this on Instagram for everyone who doesn’t have my TikTok to see." Wombolt's video gained massive traction on Instagram, with the video ranking more than 3.6 million likes. Many users who watched the video were amused at the kids' enthusiasm and shared their thoughts on the hilarious sketch they made.

@see_kelsey_try wrote, "You know what? Nothing would motivate me like that. Thinking of skipping a day? You can’t let the kids down! They need their shirtless dude fix!" @popupflowersavondale shared, "My husband does a lunchtime walk by a daycare center. They regularly heckle him, saying, 'hey old man!' He’s 55!" @ginagreenberg wrote, "The lore we were able to create as kids about some random seemingly meaningless thing has been unmatched in adulthood, and I honestly miss that."
