After discussing the service charge, she agreed and gave him the address. When he arrived, an elderly woman welcomed him inside, and he repaired the furnace by replacing a faulty relay. Everything was working again, and he told her the repair would cost $200. The lady then asked if he would confirm the service with her daughter, who she believed had made the call. When he spoke with the client who had booked the appointment, she replied, “No one is here at my house.” After checking the address again, he realized he had accidentally gone to the wrong home.
