Woman asked why her White Hinge date only dated Black women — his answer made her realize there would be no second date
It’s okay if people have preferences when matching with someone on a dating app. However, those choices should come from a healthy place. A TikTok user who goes by @chiomaatuanya1 shared a bizarre first-date experience in a post on April 28, 2026. The 23-year-old explained that she was on a date with a 32-year-old white man when she learned he had only ever gone out with Black women. While she assumed it was just a personal taste, the explanation behind it left her shocked. It immediately changed the mood of the evening.
The young woman explained that while her date was showing her pictures of his ex-girlfriend, she noticed they were Black women. She asked him about it, expecting a “normal” reason like features, culture, and so on. But he had a wild reply. “My family has a lot of health issues and sickness in my bloodline due to years of inbreeding. So, I want to date Black girls because the mixing of the two different gene pools gives the offspring improved health,” he casually said. The 23-year-old was disgusted and in disbelief. Though she remained there for a few more hours, she was certain that she’d never see him again.
Since the man was 32 years old, she deliberately chose to go out with him, assuming he would be mature because of his age. However, his mindset and statements proved otherwise. The woman revealed that his perspective impacted how she looked at him for the rest of the night. She kept judging him and even started picking out faults in his appearance after he mentioned the word “inbred.”
While he was stoked to meet her again and insisted on a second date, the woman couldn’t help but wonder, “What’s in it for me?
