Woman won a plush corn dog and gave it to a stranger on train—his response was more than she ever expected

Small, kind gestures might mean more to people than we can imagine. A woman experienced that firsthand when she decided to give away a corn dog plushie she had won at a game. The woman handed it over to a stranger on a train and hoped that he would like it. However, she had not expected the really sweet response she received from the man. The woman, Nicole, who goes by @superfortniteplayer445 on TikTok, shared the heartwarming moment with the platform. Her post received over 4.7 million views.

Nicole had won the huge, orange and yellow corn dog plushie with a smiley face in a game. However, she decided to gift it to a stranger on a train who was really glad to receive it. In one photo, the man could be seen holding up the plushie and looking at it with a big smile. In the next photo, the man was hugging the giant toy close to himself with an emotional expression. He hoped to show it to his girlfriend and was really excited to receive it. The caption read, "Won this corn dog and gave it to this guy who said he's going to name it 'my best friend.'" Nicole found the man's enthusiasm really "cute" and wholesome.

The caption continued, "After he got off the train, he ran to his girlfriend because he said she was gonna love it and he was so happy, I almost cried. I love seeing people happy over little things we don’t appreciate enough. People are so cute sometimes." In one of the comments, Nicole also shared a picture of the man walking to his girlfriend with the large plushie in his hand. The post received over 1.2 million likes and 4,909 comments. People appreciated Nicole for her sweet gesture in the comments section of the post.

What a sweet moment and you are the one who made it possible. Humanity and empathy are so precious." In a comment, Nicole further revealed that she won the plushie at the Texas state fair. Her friend managed to throw a ball inside an orange cup and they won the giant toy in return. They were told that it was the hardest to get a ball inside that cup. "I couldn't even carry it. I thought someone else would appreciate it more. It was massive, lol."

@universallesson agreed with Nicole's sentiment and shared that they had given away all the toys they won at a fair. "Genuinely, every time I won something at a carnival game, I gave it away. Because what am I going to do with a four-foot-tall squirrel?" @ellxfinno_ remarked, "Last Mother's Day, I was on the train at like 10 pm and saw a lonely old woman sitting by herself. We started talking and I found out that none of her kids wished her a Happy Mother's Day. She was sad about it, so I gave her the flowers I had gotten and the chocolates I had. She started crying and got up and gave me a hug, telling me how hungry she was and how thankful she was." The woman often shares glimpses of her life on the platform. In one video, she shared the perfume package she had received.
