Instagram user Bethannie's (@bethannierian) husband surprised her with an anniversary trip to Seattle in May after she became a new mother to their baby. But the moment she checked his phone’s Notes app, she was moved by one detail she found. Sharing the adorable video with her Instagram followers on February 16, 2026, Bethannie credited her husband for being the biggest support system during her new mom journey.
In the video, Bethannie revealed that her husband had documented locations of nursing rooms and private facilities along their route so she could comfortably nurse their baby during the trip. While planning the itinerary, he had also noted private room availability, writing entries such as "Has Mother's Room located at the Historic Carousel." He had also listed places that allow strollers for their baby; proof of how thoughtful he had been as both a husband and a father. Bethannie, who was overwhelmed with emotions, shed tears reading the notes, and couldn’t stop praising what a green flag her husband is.
Sharing the video, the young mother described him as her biggest supporter throughout her nursing journey. "He is the definition of not only a good husband but an absolutely incredible dad. I cried when I read his notes. He has been my rock through nursing our daughter. I wish everyone trying to nurse had someone as supportive as my husband," the young mother wrote. It did not take long for internet users to chime in and react to her husband's heartfelt gesture.
