Passenger notices curious baby in the front seat on flight, surprises mom with special gift after landing
Many babies are curious about their surroundings and the people around them. One baby's curiosity earned his family a kind gesture from a stranger on a plane. The baby, Paulo, kept looking back at a woman on the seat behind him and smiled at her quite a few times. So the person, Andrea Quinteros, decided to make a gift for the baby before the plane ride ended. Quinteros, who goes by @andreaquinteros on Instagram, is known for her crochet skills and decided to put them to good use for the gift.
The baby peeked at Quinteros from the space between the seats and smiled at her multiple times. Soon enough, the woman decided that she would surprise the baby and his mom, Paola, with crochet booties. She immediately got to work with the yarn she had at hand. The passenger quickly worked to make the booties so she could give the gift to the family before all of them got off the plane. Quinteros managed to complete the booties and handed them to the mom along with a note that explained everything. "Passed a note to the mom because I don't know what to tell her," the text overlay of the video read. The note in Spanish explained that the woman had made a gift for the baby and asked the mom if it would be okay if she filmed and shared the moment.

Paola agreed to it and made her son try on his brand-new booties. They fit him well and he smiled at Quinteros once again as he wore them. "Used some @lionbrandyarn to surprise Paola and baby Paulo with some crochet booties," the caption read. "Baby Paulo kept looking at me through the seat and giving me the cutest smiles… so I knew I had to make him something. I sneakily asked @paola_lcastelo how old her baby was so I could get to work on the plane ride. I'm so glad it all worked out and Paulo seemed happy with the booties, hehe!" she added. People appreciated the woman for her memorable gesture towards the mom and baby in the comments section of the video.

And if there was a little girl next to me who was not bedazzled in hundreds of dollars of princess merch, I would give it to her. They would be so adorable, happily wearing their silver tiara!" @hazelknots23 commented, "I met a woman who helped keep me calm on the plane. It was turbulent the whole flight, lol. Luckily, it was a short flight. She told me her daughter loved ducks when I showed her stuff I crocheted. She also told me that her daughter recently survived domestic violence. I mailed her a duck I crocheted. She was very grateful. I love sharing this art with people who need and appreciate it."

You're an angel." Quinteros often shares her love for crochet through the page. In one of her videos, she shared a skit on how she liked to crochet wherever she went.
