She overheard a man brag that 'easy women' give him the ick — then used his own argument to make him question his worth
It's important to question perspectives and ideas that berate others for no reason. A visit to a club led one woman to a situation where she overheard a man insulting his date while speaking about her with his friends. Pheveya Lucas later shared the incident in a TikTok video posted on June 1, 2026, under the username @pheveya. She explained how he was describing a female he had met, calling her “easy to sleep with” and saying it gave him the “ick,” adding that he did not want to see her again. The comment left her appalled, so she decided to interrupt the conversation and challenge his mindset.
She first told him that the woman he was talking about likely had her own view of the situation and added that if she also chose to sleep with him, she would not go around calling him easy. The man tried to defend his point by saying it was different in his case, but she pushed back, saying his thinking was unfair and confusing. She pointed out that intimacy between two consenting adults should not be turned into a label used to judge someone’s character. When he wouldn't budge, she asked him a direct question that made him reconsider his own words. She inquired, "Don't you think it's weird that you're talking about how it's so easy to sleep with a girl like as if it's supposed to be hard and you're supposed to convince her to be with you?" Her response left the stranger silent for a moment, and even his friends did not know how to react.
He then said, “Yeah, maybe she was not that easy,” but still seemed unsure about his own argument. She continued the conversation by explaining that calling someone “easy” only because they made the same choice he did was disrespectful. His mindset made him question his own worth, since he was more focused on proving a point than understanding the situation. The man kept trying to defend himself, but Lucas had already shut him down with her facts. Ultimately, he had nothing to add.

The story did not end there, as she later received a message from him on Instagram. He admitted that their talk “completely changed the way" he thought about the whole concept. Be it for oneself or for others, it is important to stand up against rude behavior. In another incident, a man told his date he liked “submissive women.” She calmly asked him what he meant. He replied, “You know… a woman who listens, doesn't argue, follows my lead.” She then asked if he wanted someone without a personality. Her reply left him silent and quickly changed the mood of the meeting. She soon stood up and walked away, showing she was not willing to accept such thinking.
