Wife reveals pregnancy to husband during special paint night and his reaction is priceless

The most beautiful memories are created out of surprises and unexpected encounters. Whether planned or spontaneous, they elicit the purest emotions straight out of the heart. Any person would want the best moments of their lives to be captured into such wholesome memories. A woman named Christina Tartaglio (@chrissy_vibes) planned a similar evening with her husband. The woman shared a video where she planned a date night for them. Christina mentioned that she always wanted to do a painting date night as a couple and was finally able to plan the same.

The basic idea of the date night was to sit opposite each other and paint each other's portraits on mini canvases. The results were to be exchanged at the end of completing the canvas. She got her husband to the room and got the canvas, paints and drinks on the table. However, she had something more special to add to the evening. The woman mentioned that she wanted to reveal her pregnancy news to her husband in a unique way and that the painting date night was the best opportunity. As her husband, unaware of the plan, painted a portrait of his wife on his canvas, Christina was painting the phenomenal news.

On the canvas, she wrote, “Baby Kelley. Est. 2025.” She then spent the rest of the date night adding flowers and other elements to the canvas. When the moment finally came, Christina first saw her husband’s canvas. She was pleased to see he had made a beautiful amateur portrait of her as best as he could. When it was her turn to hand over the canvas, the dad-to-be was taken aback. He looked at the portrait and then at his wife in complete disbelief yet with the most fulfilling smile.

“At first, he thought I pranked him and wrote something like 'gotcha,' but when he processed what the words said, he was so shocked and excited,” Christina recalled, per Newsweek. The woman handed over her pregnancy test to him so he could have a look and it was all joyful tears and smiles. The duo then shared the warmest embrace, leaving people in awe and tears. “He took a minute to process, and I handed him the memory box of the two tests I'd done to show him. Once he saw the tests, he got up to give me a big hug,” Christina said. She added, “I wasn't sure if I wanted to post it because it was an intimate moment, but Ryan said it would be cute to show our kid later when it's all put together.”
