Woman found evidence another woman had been staying at her date’s home — then walked out with the last things he expected
Trust is the building block of any relationship, but sometimes it's the smallest details that make people question everything. TikTok creator Alex, who posts as @_aalexsabol, shared how a visit to the home of the man she had been dating took an unexpected turn after she noticed items that clearly didn't belong to her. In a video posted on July 12, 2026, she revealed why she walked away with a few unusual souvenirs instead of making a scene.

Alex shared in the video that the man had given her a spare key to his house after she stayed over. A few days later, after the two had been arguing and the guy hadn't met her for a few days, she asked him if she could come over. After he repeatedly denied, she decided to let herself in while he was away. That's when she found women's socks, a hoop earring, a hotel key card, a wristband, two loofahs in the shower, and two toothbrushes by the sink. None of these items belonged to her. Shocked by what she had found, the woman decided to take a creative approach in revenge. She took away his Roku TV remote, every spoon in the house, her own toothbrush from the trash, as well as the other two in the stand. "Good luck brushing your teeth. Good luck using your TV. Good luck eating ice cream," she joked.
In a follow-up video, Alex explained that she had been dating the man since January. They broke up about a month earlier, and that's when she discovered the truth. Turns out, her former partner was two-timing. She confessed that she should have left him months ago, but now knows better. She also revealed that she got a tattoo of her ex's initial at the time. Since the other woman happened to be a tattoo artist, she is bent on going to her to get it covered. Viewers in the comments found the revenge funny and suggested that she should have been pettier. @PattyG commented, "Should have taken all the home charging cords and every left shoe." @Missmuffy suggested, "Toilet paper….always take all the toilet paper." Meanwhile, @Brittany_b joked, "Girl, take the paper off every canned product in that place. Are you having corn or cream of chicken?"
Getting silent revenge on a cheating partner may seem humorous, but sometimes it's all the closure people need. In another similar story, a woman found out her boyfriend had been unfaithful and responded by repeatedly posting fake Craigslist ads using his phone number. The listings promised free items ranging from chickens to motorcycles, leaving him flooded with calls from strangers. Like Alex's decision to take his TV remote and every spoon in the house, her revenge focused on causing inconvenience rather than damage.
