God has his own way of saving you from red flags. At least for this woman, it turned out to be true. A woman, who goes by the handle @wantspicycubes on TikTok, posted on January 3, 2026, that she was in shock after a wrongly delivered baby shower invitation revealed that her now ex-husband was having an affair. In the video, she revealed, “I found out that my ex-husband was having an affair because I accidentally got invited to his mistress's baby shower.” Like most women, she believed that she and her husband had a perfect relationship. The video has received over 2 million views.

Sharing that they themselves were trying to conceive a child, the woman said, “I thought we had the perfect marriage. We were literally trying to conceive a child ourselves. But his work schedule was definitely getting in the way of that.” However, she later realized that his excuses were all lies. “I was sitting at my desk when I got an email to a baby shower from this girl named Morgan, and mind you, I didn’t know anyone named Morgan.” Initially, she thought it was from someone in the office, and she decided to RSVP. However, what she saw next made her jaw drop. She noticed the address of the baby shower and was confused. “It is my sister-in-law’s house,” she mentioned.
She decided to go through the photos, and the maternity shoot showed the parents of the baby. Her stomach dropped as she realized that “the father of the baby is, in fact, my husband.” She expressed that she immediately wanted to confront her husband, but then decided to wait. “But I decided to play long ball, you know, because at this point I knew it was cheating.” The proof was undeniable as there was “literal photo evidence that this man was being unfaithful.” According to the video, she tried to test her husband when he came back home. As the baby shower was planned for the following Saturday, she asked him if he wanted to go out that day so that they could spend some time together. But as expected, he denied, saying, “he has to work.”
Things turned more chilling when she received a call from her sister-in-law asking if she had received the email. During the phone call, the truth became more disturbing. The husband had told his family that his wife knew about the affair and was okay with it. He went a step further and lied that his wife would help care for the new baby. However, her sister-in-law realized that something was wrong as she went silent. The woman decided that she wouldn’t confront anyone right away. “So I kept it all bundled up, kept it all inside.”
On the day of the baby shower, she showed up. “But I'll say it's all worth it for the look on his face that Saturday when he saw me sitting in front of the punch bowl.” Her video received an outpouring of responses, with viewers sharing their reactions. “I swear the invite wasn’t an accident," wrote @kueangie3.
