Levin visited a dental clinic after she had to get her wisdom tooth removed. Following the surgery, when the anesthetic began to wear off, the social media influencer had a dramatic reaction after seeing her gay best friend in the room. Looking at him, she asked if he was her gay husband. In the video captured by him, he played along and replied yes to her question. To which Levin asked if he came out as gay before their marriage or after their marriage. He responded that he came out after their marriage.
In a hilarious reaction, she then lamented, "Why does this keep happening to me?" She later asked him, "Is it because I was so hot that you're like, 'I must be gay, if I'm not into her', or is it because I'm ugly?" to which he responded that he thought she was gorgeous.
