Retail employee helped a customer who said he had ‘little legs’ — then one awkward question made it hard for her to walk away

TikTok user Sarah Danielle, who goes by @sarahdanielle11, worked at a vintage store when a customer with "small legs" began flirting with her. However, what he asked her at the end left her shocked. On April 29, 2026, the woman shared that his one question made her uncomfortable while she was alone in the store.

Danielle saw a customer walk in and ask for dress pants. When she inquired about his pants size, he replied, "little." Danielle was confused at first and repeatedly asked what his size was, to which he continued to say that he had "little legs." After he told her a size number, she laid out multiple options for him, but the prices were way too high for him. When she was about to put the clothes back on the rack, he stood there and told her that he found her very attractive. However, his next question caught her completely off guard. He asked her to "objectively" rate him on a scale of 1 to 10.
She immediately let him know that she already had a boyfriend and that she found confidence attractive in men. He listened to her and simply walked away. The weird experience left her confused, as she quickly narrated the encounter to two other female customers who walked in later. According to research published by PubMed Central, 71% of women reported experiencing unwanted sexual and romantic advances earlier in life.
They were also more likely to express greater concern about such situations and the potential consequences of rejecting those advances. The man's uncomfortable question took Danielle by surprise. However, she handled the situation tactfully without escalating it, as she was alone in the store and needed to navigate the creepy encounter carefully.
