Injuries can be really stressful because of the pain, recovery time and bills they come with. But for one woman who had injured her foot, a detail on her bill statements for her physical therapy turned out to be healing. It was all because of the clerk working with the healthcare provider. The accounting clerk, Emily Margolis, made several drawings on the statement to help the woman, Melody Morrow, feel a little bit better through her recovery journey, per CBS News.

"On the envelope, on the front of the envelope, it had these little music notes," Melody recounted. The woman had started taking physical therapy at the MJHS Health System after she injured her foot. She received her bills every month and each of them came with artwork on them. The drawings also kept getting better each month, according to the outlet. "It's hard to even describe. It was incredible." Eventually, Melody reached out to the billing department of the healthcare provider and asked about the person behind the drawings. She was immediately connected with Emily. The clerk said that she specifically made those drawings to make people feel a little bit better about their situation.

"I like to make people happy," Emily expressed. She was really glad that her gesture was actually helping someone. So she started taking the statements home to make even more detailed art. "Then I started adding rhinestones. And I got involved with the gold leaf. That was fun," she added. Melody was really touched by the thoughtful gesture. "This was a stranger. And she was doing that just for me. And that's the beauty of it." The two of them became close friends and decided to exhibit all the artwork after Melody's final billing statement arrived. The exhibit was held at a coffee shop in Manhattan and the two women were excited to organize it together. People appreciated Emily's talent and her thoughtfulness in the comments section of the YouTube video.

Emily's daughter wrote, "This is my mommy! She is an amazing, talented, beautiful, kind-hearted, selfless person and her artwork has always made everyone happy. Everything she touches turns to gold and she truly does do it out of the kindness of her heart! This is just the tip of the iceberg of what my mom can do and I am so grateful that the world gets to see some of it!" @danielshields7082 commented, "Who else thinks that she should illustrate a children's book about ways that children can make money (ie, chores, cutting grass, selling lemonade) and how to save it and/or spend wisely?"

@AlisVolaPropiis remarked, "Emily missed her calling working in accounting, but she still managed to touch people with her art! Amazing story as always." @user-vm5 shared, "How unbelievably sweet. She’s a great artist! I would be thrilled to get something like that in the mail myself! Really cool that she turned it into an art exhibit." @geraldkneeland1498 expressed, "Praise God! This is awesome! God bless these women and keep up the great work!" @Ariel-jf3 pointed out, "This lady is an amazing artist and I love that she has a little showing of her works."
